Dr. Raisuddin Foundation will organise a Round Table
Conference on "Unnayon er lakhe durniti dhaman o shushashan
pratishtha" in the afternoor of Monday, June 16, 2008 in the VIP
Lounge of the National Press Club, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The
conference will be chaired by Professor Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque,
Chairman, Bangla Department, University of Dhaka. Some dignified
personalities having expertise in different disciplines will
participate and present their thoughts and ideas in the
conference. Among these participants are Dr. Ahmed Kamal,
Professor and Chairman of the Department of History, Universityof
Dhaka, Professor Sayed Anowar Hossain, Departmnent of Historu,
Dhaka University and Former Director General of Bangla Academy,
Dr. Shah Mohammad Farid, Former Deputy Chairman, Bangladesh
Planning Commission, Major General (Rtd.) Amin Ahmed Chowdhury,
and Dr. Md. Ashraful Islam Chowdhury, Professor and Chairman,
Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Dhaka
University, Mr. Abed Khan, Editor, The Daily Shamokal, Mr. Shaukat
Mahmud, President of the National Press Club, and Mr. Momtaz Uddin
Bhuiya, Managing Director, Imam Fishing and Former Academic,
Department of Naval Architecture, BUET and others. Dr. Raisuddin
Ahmad, Chairman, Dr. Raisuddin Foundation, will give thwe
welcoming speech and vote of thanks to the audience. Some digital

Dr. Raisuddin Foundation will organise and play a leading role
in a Public Rally against corruption at Monohardi Upozilla of the
Narsingdi District. People of the Upozilla Administration,
different academic institutions and clubs, and from all walks
lives will participate in this rally. After the rally, a large
public gathering will take place in the Monohardi High School
Field. Dr. Raisuddin Ahmad along with the Upozilla admistrators,
academics, local leaders and enlited youths will led the rally and
the public gathering. There will be musical performances by the
well known Radio and TV artists in this public gathering.
Patriotic songs will be performend be the artists of the Dr.
Raisuddin Foundation Cultural Wing.
