A nursery has been established by DRF in Charkashim Nagar wherein seedlings of high quality timber yielding plants such as Mehagini, Segun, Jackfruit etc. are produced.

Over a thousand Mehagini and other trees have already been planted in suitable locations including the banks of the fish ponds. This plantation program of DRF will continue in the future. The seedlings of different plants are also sold to other people which generates income.
