The DRF (Dr. Rasiuddin Foundation) has been carrying out a program of providing cash monetary assistance and clothes to the needy people especially the elderly widows and orphan children in the Belabo Thana area of Narsingdi District of Bangladesh.

The receipients of this type of assistance also include people who are suffering from serious chronic illness, and also those who have become paralysed by polio. DRF also render assistance to seriously ill and helpless patients from the Belabo Thana area with men and money to take them to specialist doctors in Dhaka city and organise to give them proper and necessary treatment.
