Providing assistance to the children and adult people of Bangladesh in getting valued education is a priority area of activities of DRF. Direct monetary assistance is being given in the form of scholarships to poor and needy but meritorious students in Narsingdi District.

Some scholarships are given to several boys and girls who have good voice and are also being trained by qualified music instructors in order to build them up as high quality musical performers in the areas of patriotic songs, mother's songs and the songs of the land and the people of Bangladesh. This program is being conducted by the Cultural Wing of DRF.

A program of giving encouragement to the academic institutions, teachers, and students for their outstanding contribution and achievements in education through giving formal recognition by giving awards in a formal ceremony sponsored and organized by DRF is currently underway in the Narsindgi District. Some awards will be given to selected individuals who have made remarkable contribution in education nationwide. This will be publicized nationwide in TV, newspapers and radio in due course of time. DRF will make this program more wide and effective in future.
